I had a great stay here. The Airbnb was spotless when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded quickly whenever we had a question, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with an amazing host.

Nice, clean place, as described, good location, also felt like we were communicating with AI/ robotic responses, no human or personable touch, responses were quick though. Carpets could be replaced in master bedroom upstairs. Also would be nice to find a "Welcome binder" with popular places or restaurants to visit with owners opinions on a subject. We did enjoy Boulder however, and its surroundings. Thank you.

We had a great stay at Zuni Lofts! It’s in a great location with lots to do in walking distance. It was a super comfortable space and we were grateful to be able to bring our dog! We had a minor issue with the fridge and they were able to fix it within the hour which was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

Positive:
It was cozy, modern and had all the essentials for my husband and I to stay and visit Golden

Negative:
We had a little hiccup with the property management with initial welcome email which didn’t include the door code to actually get in. This was resolved within a half hour but was a bit confusing

We rented the entire property for three nights for a 13-person family reunion. We would rent again if we’re back in the Denver area. Overall, it’s a great property and we had a great experience. The space worked perfectly for us because of the large common space upstairs, the large patio, the covered porch, and the kitchen in the carriage house. The host is SUPER responsive, answering questions quickly, giving local recommendations, and solving problems. The only reasons I didn’t give 5s all around were that the listing shows luggage drop-off and that service is no longer available. We arrived early and couldn’t get in to drop off our suitcases before returning a rental car. The host made arrangements for us that solved the problem. Also, if you’re a large group, ask the host about getting additional dinnerware and silverware or bring your own plastic ware because there isn’t enough for a large group.

Was worth the stay , felt relaxed and comfortable

The house was in good enough condition and it had the listed amenities we wanted. However, the trash bins in the tiny garage were overflowing which made it quite difficult to fit our vehicle inside.

I communicated ahead of time about an early check in, which they mention in their listing. They said I'd have to book the place before they could tell me if they could do it. I submitted a request to book with the 2 hours earlier time. When I contacted them the day of our stay to confirm early check in was good to go, they immediately accepted my request with early check in and then proceeded to make excuses for why the house wouldn't be ready until after 4pm (their normal entry time).

Overall, the place was fine but I wouldn't trust their early check in promises. This was a big issue for my family as we have kids (which we communicated about) and the host refused to budge on their accepted booking time for our reservation.

Loved being so close to Central Park! It was so spacious and having the extra living room/tv area upstairs made it feel so homey! We would definitely stay again!

This was a great place to stay in the summer. The condo boasts an incredible view of water and mountains and is in a great location right near the snake river with a great paved path for walks, runs or bike rides. It’s an easy drive to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge. The condo came well stocked with everything you would need for kitchen and bathroom. Hosts clearly went above and beyond to consider families too with all the extra supplies.

The condo was great! Newer and had everything we needed! Very clean! The kitchen was well stocked (even had a crock pot) and we enjoyed the coffee they provided. Plenty of supplies for our stay. It is close to the main road so you could hear some road noise on the deck but the sounds and sights of being right on the river was just what we needed! It was easy to find and easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in the area. It would have been great to have some local info on restaurants and activities but Google took care of that.

Effortless Stay thought of everything! The kitchen was fully stocked and beautiful! Each room was decorated to perfection. The bedrooms had plenty of hooks and plugs for technology. The views were beautiful on the deck. We used all the tables and couches outside to eat and hangout. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. This was a great location to get to a lot of different hikes and activities. We definitely recommend this house!

Best place I’ve stayed at by FAR!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. It was bright, comfortable, and had a modern renovation with a large, beautiful shower. The bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Parking was easy and convenient, and the location was great, close enough to the downtown while still being in a comfortable area. Everything was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Walkable location, clean room, straightforward check in

This is a great stay, and it would’ve gotten 5 stars from me IF the listing said it was on Colorado Blvd. Not mentioning you’re on the busiest street in Denver is worth a - star in my book. That then being said I WOULD stay again now knowing where it is because the location is great and the house amazing

10/10 space! The little cabins are spotless, modern and cozy. We loved it. We appreciated that we had pans and portable cooktop to make dinner. It was serene!
