We had a great stay and a fun vacation.

Overall I felt really great about staying here! I came to Denver for the first time on a solo trip and having a safe place to stay was one of my top priorities. The location itself feels safe and is pretty quiet despite being on Colfax. The only micro issues I had were that the tv remote was no where to be found and the tv didn’t seem to be connected to the same network as they provide you with so there was no way for me to use the roku remote from my phone either. Secondly, the shelf under the bathroom sink either wasn’t installed correctly or was previously damaged because it kept falling out from the vanity. Other than that, I had a seamless stay here! Easy check in/out, great communication, and a very cute place to stay!

Great place to stay in the area

We enjoyed it. Got a bit hot during the day when we came back for an afternoon nap. It did cool off into the evening hours though. It was cool seeing a bear right outside our cabin the first night we got there. Great distance from Evergreen and Morrison. Thank you.

Good property

Although it states full kitchen with disclosure of a mini fridge with no freezer, however there is not an oven and the only cooking pans are sauce pans and no skillets making cooking in the unit harder.

Other than the parking this was a nice place! Stayed for a reasonable price, very clean, would stay again, would recommend!

Great house, as advertised. We had 3 couples and there was more than enough space to spread out. Really nice kitchen. The house is in a pretty gritty section of town. We live in a city so it didn’t bother us but may not be for everyone. My biggest gripe, as a owner of a rental property myself, is that no effort was made to give us early access despite the fact that the house wasn’t rented for several days prior to our stay. We didn’t get in until exactly 4pm. Moving forward, I’m only going to stay at properties owned and managed by individuals rather than companies.

Curtis Park was able to help correct an issue we had and stayed responsive with communication via Airbnb messaging. Beautiful facility with seamless check-in and prime location. I’d recommend this stay to others.

beautiful venue, close to a fun area of town, lovely room and amenities

Attended an event at the Oriental Theater, and this was a perfect location. In 4 days and nights, the only ride-share I needed was from and to the airport. The neighborhood had plenty to do within walking distance.

We had a total 5-star experience here. Everything is new and spotless. The entire home has been remodeled with high-end materials. The attention to detail and high-end amenities exceeded our expectations.

We found the environment very warm, and comfortable. The decor is tasteful and very well done.

The location is centrally located to many of the things we wanted to see as an out-of-state visitor.

Highly recommended without hesitation.

Positive:
Location was perfect, walking distance to downtown Breck and many restaurants. Would be a great location if we came in winter for skiing too

Negative:
Provided many fans in the apartment which was good but still got very hot at night with no AC. Would be nice to get a second parking space as well for bigger groups.

We enjoyed our stay in Denver at this property. It was very close to things we wanted to go to, not within walking distance, but close. If you’re doing anything at the stadium, this is an ideal location. The apartment was well appointed and perfect for our needs.

The area is exceptionally close to the stadium. Perfect for concert or ball games, parking is a little tricky. There are offered parking spots, but it is extremely tight, fit small cars only. We did not have any problem with street parking, but I could see during busy events. It could be an issue.

Beautiful cabin on the river. The cabin was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The best part, however, was outside the cabin. Sitting in the chairs or on the hot tub, listening to the sound of the water rolling by in Geneva Creek was so relaxing!
