10/10 space! The little cabins are spotless, modern and cozy. We loved it. We appreciated that we had pans and portable cooktop to make dinner. It was serene!

This was one of the best Airbnbs my family and I have ever stayed at! The location is close to everything and the host is very accommodating. The only thing we noticed was that it did get very hot during the day and night. There’s no AC but fans are provided which helps. I’d happily recommend this location to everyone I know.

This home was perfect for us! A beautiful home with spectacular views, quiet and private surroundings. The beds were great. Plenty of space so we all had privacy. A very well stocked kitchen. We all enjoyed our stay and were so grateful for the atmosphere. Effortless Stays always provided quick responses to my questions and thorough instructions, including a full disclosure on the driveway. Just need to be cautious as it is a bit steep. We had no issues. I would stay here again should I come to this area.

House was in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood! Close to walking trails and park. House was very clean! Would stay again!

The space was great for our weekend in Denver. We were able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. We had 7 adults and everyone had their own space.
The house itself can be echo-y because of the flooring and different levels. Also, if you’re sensitive to light when you sleep, the rooms are bright, so bring a sleep mask; otherwise, it was a great stay and no complaints.

The place was beautiful, especially the view from the living room window and porch overlooking the trees and lake. It was very clean and matched the description from the photos. We hope to come back for another visit in the future!

Loved this place for our group of 9! Plenty of space and beautiful views! wildlife every day of our visit!

Clean, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, looked better in person than the pictures on app. Check out process very easy, best checkout process I have come across so far. Very pleased with our stay.

Excellent VRBO

Pros, it is nice and very well stocked. We loved having so much of the things you normally run out of toilet paper, paper towels, trash sacks, etc… It’s easy to find and easy to access. The parking is good. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well and the beds are comfortable.

Cons, the place has a nice trail to walk, but the residents that live down the way have trashed it. The neighbors to the left if you are facing the door. They live there. They smoked marijuana out front late at night and it filled our condo through the open windows. One of their men they had over urinated off the back balcony. My husband was outside on our balcony and said he never acknowledged him. The wind blew the pee onto our bottom balcony. We had to tell our daughter she wasn’t allowed to sit out there. During the day we were all gone except my father. He said one of the girls had another guy over and preceded to have very loud “relations” that were clearly heard in our condo.

Fantastic stay! The apartment was spotless, tidy, and even better than the photos. The location is perfect, and every room was in excellent condition. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils that seemed brand new. I highly recommend this place and the host!

Positive:
Hosts gave all applicable information - getting into the building and property were easy! The place was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we might need. Location was fantastic - central by car to Red Rocks, Golden, and the airport (all about 20 mins). Quick (and cheap!) Uber to Downtown Denver as well. And walkable to many coffee shops and restaurants.

I had a great stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

Great little cabin for a getaway! Definitely recommend
