Such a cute, private hidden gem! This place felt like a different kind of stay compared to a typical hotel, and I loved every bit of it. The fireplace was such a nice touch — I’ll definitely be back in the winter to enjoy it again. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, with restaurants within walking distance, which made it so easy to explore on my own. Small details like the robe made it feel extra special. Didn’t get to try the different room types this time, but that just gives me a reason to come back. Highly recommend — would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful location! We loved the location, being able to walk the beautiful grounds, dip our feet in the creek, the hot tub, the design of the place that offers some privacy and modern matching units, driving Guanella Pass, and lots of hiking opportunities. Things that could be improved: Clean ALL surfaces (there was a layer of dust with dead bugs on light fixtures, window ledges, heat registers, and floor boards.), cotton sheets on bed (the sheets were hot polyester that we exchanged with the hide a bed cotton fitted sheet—no top sheet, used duvet), a lightweight blanket, regular washcloths—not a thick velvet one, replace plastic children’s plates, cups, and bowls with melamine, Corelle, or stone wear. Overall a great place for a short getaway.

Great rental for the weekend. Clean and comfortable furniture. Easy short walk to downtown Golden and quick drive to Red Rocks. Would recommend and stay again.

Amazing unit in the shadows of Empower Field. Great location in the city. Secure parking garage plus street parking available. This is a very spacious unit with two good size bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen with large indoor dining plus a bonus outdoor patio and dining table. We loved it and will definitely come back.

Great location and nice place. It had everything we needed, and the property manager was usually responsive when we had questions.

This was an amazing find in a beautiful location. The ambience of the cabin itself, as well as the hot-tub and flowing river out back make for a very relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Amazing place, with an amazing rooftop view with fire pit!

This is a very walkable area of Denver with literally everything you need plus great dining options all within walking distance. Great scenic walks and good parks for children nearby too. Highly recommend and would definitely consider staying here again.

Host was very responsive! The pictures accurately portray what you are getting. Our group of 5 had plenty of room and felt right at home. Would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay and felt like a safe area. The room was perfect and had everything we needed. It was a hot weekend and the room was nice and cool. Close to walk to places as well. Hosts responded well.

The views from this property are spectacular. The home was neat and clean, except the carpet could use cleaning. The kitchen had most things you would need, but not overly well stocked. (no waffle iron) I think it depends how long you are staying ( we stayed 2 weeks), if you are happy with everything. There are 7 stairs between each of the 5 levels. We had a toddler and infant with us. I wouldn't recommend this house for a family with small children, multiple items of concern with little ones. Adults who don't mind the stairs will love it. The beds are comfortable, but they have polyester sheets on them ( this is a pet peeve of mine) If this doesn't bother you, you'll be fine. With the high heat, the sheets weren't breathable and added to uncomfortable sleeping.Our biggest issue was the lack of air conditioning. We knew going in there wasn't any, but the high heat, high 80's and mid 90's, and large window exposure made the upstairs living area and kitchen pretty unbearable. The bedrooms were cooler, but you had to keep the shades down all the time to maintain any level of coolness.I would not rent this in the summer again without the addition of AC. They do have fans in bedrooms, except the bunk room. The location is very good, 10 minutes to town, The two main grocery stores are 5-7 min. As a winter rental this would be great for adults or older children. The descriptions and photos are accurate.
