Great place! Very clean and spacious. Great views from the apartment, and very well decorated. Lots of food, bars, and stuff to do. We recently went to a Broncos games and it was an easy 20 minute walk to the stadium. I would definitely stay here again.

So beautiful, and peaceful. Privacy was great. The attention to detail in the cabins is amazing.

Great and beautiful place. We would 100% stay here again. However, the WiFi does not work inside of the A-Frame cabins at all, we had to step outside. That was the reason for us only staying one night because the kids had no way to get a hold of us at night should something happen. Only one of the saunas was working and that was confirmed by another guest as well. The view was amazing and check in was a piece of cake. Overall it was a great place and would happily go back.

Location was outstanding! Home had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Furnace wasn’t functional so it was a bit chilly. Also-the TVs seem to be tied to light switches. We thought the living tv wasn’t working but then hit a light switch and it came on. So that might be something to inform guests about. Overall-great stay!

Amazing place. Quiet and comfy. We changed our cabin to the house and they were fast responding, helpfull and kind. Place is nice to sleep. We tried the hot tub 100/10. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Thanks for letting us stay🫶🏻 highly recommended

This is a small, functional and convenient location. It has a queen bed and a refrigerator and a microwave but no cooking capability so this is basic living. I liked the space and the location but I was only there 8 hours. Street parking is of course a hassle and in bad weather would have been even more so. But for what it is and what it cost, it worked for me.

Perfect for our one night in Denver for the Broncos game. The home is well decorated and stocked. Host was responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Negative:
The bathroom is fairly small and only one has a shower for two bedrooms. We knew this when we booked, but maybe not ideal for larger groups staying for longer than a night or two.

House was clean, beds were comfortable and everything went smoothly

I booked this location for the view and closeness to the river. I was pleasantly surprised that the view was exactly as shown! The cleanliness, the outfitted kitchen, the comfortable furniture, and even the heated floors made it an enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Awesome location for a no agenda week, walking and exploring. Views out three sides of the living room windows, adequate kitchen- but who needs if with fabulous food around every corner!

Beautiful location and house - very peaceful and remote - yet 30 mins driving distance to cool towns like Nederland and Idaho Springs.
It had everything we needed - we only wished for an outdoor propane fire table or something similar so we could enjoy the outdoors cool weather in nighttime.

Beautiful place to stay. Our host was responsive to a little issue that occurred but other than that, amazing place to stay! Love how small it looks on the outside but big it felt inside. Georgetown exceeded my expectations. In love with this town and the location. The local coffe place was amazing and spot on each time. The restaurant right next door has amazing burgers. The backyard view is literally mountains ! And soo close to many trails ! Would definitely rebook with our host for another vacation.
