Absolutely love this cabin, hot tub, & all the wildlife we saw right outside our windows! Location was perfect for easy access to Red Rocks. Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great long weekend in Denver and this location was perfect for walking to downtown and the surrounding LoHi neighborhood. There are many great restaurants in the area. The condo was spacious, very clean, and well stocked!

We absolutely loved this Airbnb. Great vibes, beautiful design, comfy beds and everything you need for a cozy stay! Loved that it was removed from town but also very quick, easy access to all the action. The soothing sounds of the creek right next door were an added bonus. We encountered a couple little questions during our time, and Ashley + Steve were very responsive and helpful. I hope to stay here again next time I'm in Breckenridge! I was sad to leave.

Great place to stay if you want to hike bierstadt or any of the other hikes up guanella pass. Spotlessly clean, a beautiful lake out the back and a 5 minute drive into the historic section of Georgetown. Cabin creek brewing was just a few minute walk and was great. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here

Great hosts, great location, great space - was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

Perfect location and accommodations for a quick mother/daughter get away. Easily walkable to downtown. Easy assigned parking. Everything you need for the kitchen. Clean & quiet. I know the property is not advertised as accessible, but since I have a family member who is a full time wheelchair user, I always provide reviews about accessibility for those who may need it. If you're looking for an accessible stay this would work for a wheelchair user. Easy Ramp access, wide openings. 2 Caveats. The bed is not transfer height, and the bathroom does not have grab bars, but depending on mobility, could be very workable. Its not advertised as accessible, just sharing for those who may need the info. I will be coming back!

Our group had a great weekend staying at Effortless Stay! This home is perfect for large groups, and we especially loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom. It made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a large group!

Stayed with family from out of town for a wedding with young children and babies. Plenty of room to spread out. Location was nice to walk to restaurants.

There is public self parking kitty corner to home. Not owner’s fault but all our cars were ticketed when we all paid on app for full weekend.

Beautiful place to stay. Easy to check in and host was quick to reply. Pretty small but perfect for 2 for a relaxing weekend to get away. Instructions for hot tub were strict but we paid to be there and used it as much as we wanted but still made sure it was covered and what not when needed. Overall great place!

We had a fantastic stay! Amazing views, easy walk to shops & restaurants, and the rooftop.. wow! 😍 Will definitely stay again when we come back to the area! Perfect city vibe!
