Awesome location for a no agenda week, walking and exploring. Views out three sides of the living room windows, adequate kitchen- but who needs if with fabulous food around every corner!

Beautiful location and house - very peaceful and remote - yet 30 mins driving distance to cool towns like Nederland and Idaho Springs.
It had everything we needed - we only wished for an outdoor propane fire table or something similar so we could enjoy the outdoors cool weather in nighttime.

Beautiful place to stay. Our host was responsive to a little issue that occurred but other than that, amazing place to stay! Love how small it looks on the outside but big it felt inside. Georgetown exceeded my expectations. In love with this town and the location. The local coffe place was amazing and spot on each time. The restaurant right next door has amazing burgers. The backyard view is literally mountains ! And soo close to many trails ! Would definitely rebook with our host for another vacation.

Such a peaceful, beautiful place to stay. Very clean, as pictured, and conveniently located (just far enough away from main roads).

Place is exactly as advertised, very nice and clean and in a great spot to walk to downtown. The local stuff nearby looked great too but didn’t have time to try any out. Great spot! Great view of the city too!

Curtis Park Club was a great spot for our recent company offsite. It was so nice for folks to have their own bedroom & bathroom. One thing to note, that we weren't aware of, is that every bedroom has the same key code when booked as a group, and there are no deadbolts or individual locks available in each room. This did not take away from our stay, but I think it's important when considering the space for a company.

There was a wonderful little coffee shop just down the street, and we were only a couple of blocks from Larimer, which had TONS of restaurants and shops - cannot recommend the location enough! And the hosts were wonderfully responsive, as well.

Second time staying at this location but in a different room this time. This is located inside the main area so it’s a little strange being in the common area where all guests have access but overall great stay.

We had a great stay. Great amenities and within walking distance of great food & drink. 10/10 recommend.

The cabin was great and had everything we needed.

Stayed to catch a couple of Red Rocks shows nice pack get away.

Location was beautiful, amenities were great- sauna and whirlpool were perfect after a long days hike.

Nice little apartment, great location. Cute decor. Kitchen well equipped. Apartment needs new pillows, that’s my only complaint.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was what we needed for our girls trip and had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved spending time on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of activities. The host was very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us an early check in, which was greatly appreciated. The home was clean, welcoming. And provided the perfect space for us to spend quality time together. Overall this property played a big part in making our girls trip a success.

Great stay for families! Walking distance to food, park and groceries. Easy access to highway

Positive:
This is our 4th stay in this locaion but first time in this condo. I was pleasently suprised that it was 2 story with bedrooms upstairs. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had most every thing one would need. You can tell there was a lot of thought put into making this condo feel like home.

Negative:
The discription did say that there was a private hot tub, which there was not, there was not even a location given to find said hot tub. The bedroom need moving air, there was a plug in fan but it was way too loud to leave on. The master bed also has a dent in it on one side and the pillows were too soft.
